Refund Policy

We aim to deliver satisfaction through our services. However, please review our refund policy below:

  1. Eligibility for Refund
    Refunds may be considered only if:
  • The project has not yet started.
  • There’s a genuine issue and no delivery has been made as per the agreed scope.
  1. Non-Refundable Cases
  • Refunds will not be issued for work already delivered.
  • No refunds for digital marketing campaigns that have already run.
  • Refunds are not applicable once any design or development phase has started.
  1. Partial Refunds
    In special cases (e.g., partial delivery or cancellation by the client), a partial refund may be offered, after deduction of applicable charges.
