Refund Policy
We aim to deliver satisfaction through our services. However, please review our refund policy below:
- Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The project has not yet started.
- There’s a genuine issue and no delivery has been made as per the agreed scope.
- Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be issued for work already delivered.
- No refunds for digital marketing campaigns that have already run.
- Refunds are not applicable once any design or development phase has started.
- Partial Refunds
In special cases (e.g., partial delivery or cancellation by the client), a partial refund may be offered, after deduction of applicable charges.
